An engaged community is the single most important factor in attaining and sustaining high-quality public education for all children. By teaching about the mysteries and wonders of the environment we capitalize on student’s natural curiosity and motivation to learn.
Educational Consulting / Mission
Engage students from Elementary to Middle school in a creative way, offer a hands visual curriculum that aims to reveal meanings and relationships by first hand experiences rather than simply to communicate factual information. We also provide a forum for local organizations interested in promoting conservation through community outreach programs.
A new after school evaluation from researchers at Yale and New York University (NYU) concludes that students in after school programs, particularly those who were "highly engaged" in their programs, had significantly higher reading achievement and expectations of academic success than other students.
